Typical foods of Sinaloa



Although fish and shellfish are an important part of the culinary delights of Sinaloa, a dish that has excelled in and outside State is undoubtedly the chiloria, finely shredded pork seasoned with ancho chili sauce and other species, making a unique flavor.

Los Mochis

Culiacán
