Typical foods of Sinaloa



Although fish and shellfish are an important part of the culinary delights of Sinaloa, a dish that has excelled in and outside State is undoubtedly the chiloria, finely shredded pork seasoned with ancho chili sauce and other species, making a unique flavor.
Sinaloa style-roast chicken is another specialty that has spread to other places for its exquisite taste. Mocha, beef jerky is another specialty type typical of Sinaloa, just as the chicks wallpaper and, oF course, Sinaloa shrimp, marinated in lemon juice, stuffed with cheese wrapped with bacon or cooked on the grill.
